Shopping on budget Aldi & discount meat packs

Hi all
I'm looking for a shopping list and meal plan for a family of four - 2 adults, toddler and baby. I normally shop at Aldi. Due to circumstances I need to make some savings. I was also looking at these online butchers and meat packs.
Does anyone have shopping list and meal plan they would be happy to share with me? Also are these meat packs from places like musclefoods worth the money?
Any thoughts would be most welcome!

Try the "super savvy shoppers cookbook". Her recipes are based purely on things you can buy at Aldi. Think it's £4.99 on Amazon at the moment.
