I am sick to death of having to strip the leaves off thyme, rosemary, cilantro (coriander), etc by hand. Anyone have a tip or a gadget for a quicker method?

Rosemary - pull them off backwards down the stalk.

Thyme - pick soft stemmed ends only

Coriander - use the stems

You can just put the whole twig in with rosemary and thyme and pull it out before serving.

Yy to pp

Coriander stems are brilliant to fry with initial curry ingredients!

OP I thought I was the only person that got pissed off doing this! It takes an unnecessarily long time. I get DH to do it.
