Emulation of Leon / Bibimbap Korean style rice

A random one. Whenever I have Leon or the purple Korean style rice I think how nice and interesting it tastes. I'd love to make some lunches based on either with some veg etc, but can't work out how they make it taste so lovely!

Appreciate they are probably not that same thing, they are just two that I've remembered tasting really nice. I presume a rice cooker is the start, but marinated in something as well maybe?

TIA for any words of wisdom!

Have you looked on you tube? Or googled a recipe?

Have Googled recipes before but it's usually the rest of the dish rather than the actual rice IYSWIM? YouTube is a great idea though / thanks!

Never been to Leon but when I do purple rice (is it similar to pic of my dinner?) I do in rice cooker with 2 spoons of mixed grains in the white rice, I use black rice, millet and barley for my mixed rice mixture which gives it a nice nutty flavour and the purple colour. To add flavour if it's a commercial restaurant I'm guessing they might add some soy sauce vinegar to the rice too.

Np Also a drop of sesame oil mixed in could help if it's more of a nutty flavour the rice has!
