What are your quick go-to meals?

Looking for some quick, cheap, easy meal ideas.

So far, I can only think of stir-fry and ham, egg and chips!

Fajitas
Cod fillets topped with mango chutney and baked
Pita base pizzas
Roasted veg puff pastry tart (using frozen pre roasted med veg from Sainsbury's)
Tuna steak with salad (not cheap but v speedy)
Pasta with spicy tomato sauce
Philly pasta with peas and smoked salmon
Cajun chicken skewers

Busy night tonight. Just had meatballs which took no time. Just onions, peas, mushrooms, sweetcorn, passata, mince and pasta with some fresh herbs. Took all of 20 minutes.

Curry with a jar of sauce. Chick peas as the protein make it even faster.

Ready made curry pastes are great for quick meals. Fry the meat or fish with the paste then add tinned tomatoes or coconut oil. Cook your rice at the same time or just serve with bought naans.

Fish or chicken tacos.

Bakes rice dishes are really simple. Bung ingrediates in a casserole dish and bake.

Baked fish and whatever veg I've got in
Fish cakes (made from tinned fish) with salad

I tend to do more meals which take a little longer to cook but take practically no time to prepare though.
Roast veg with couscous
Casserole of any kind
Slow cooker risotto
