Given up chocolate for Lent...

...I have some yogurt coated raisins as a substitute snack but ds noticed that the ingredients included cocoa butter - does this count ? I'd eaten a few then stopped in case !

no, that doesn't count. cocoa butter is not chocolate.

It doesn't get much healthier than yoghurt coated raisins fgs!

eat the rest and enjoy them.

Ooh binker I've given it up too. Had a mouthful of cake brought round by a pal the other day before she told me they were banana cakes - with added chocolate! Hastily gave the rest to DS2 - hope this doesn't count...

am sure that doesn't count Clary - don't fret ! and thanks squonk - I thought it might be ok, but ds unnerved me by being so eagle-eyed ! Actually I'm not missing chocolate too much - just resigned myself to finding not such exciting things to munch - by the end of Lent I'm usually bored witless but strangely reluctant to break the choc-fast and hold off from chomping Easter fancies for as long as I can -then it's back to normal. I think I might have Reese's peanut butter cups !
