Anyone have a recommendation for a great Scandi or Nordic cookbook? The Scandi Kitchen gets great reviews on Amazon, but I've also made a few recipes from Trine Hahnemann and Signe Johansen so was wondering if their books are any good.
To be honest I'm mainly interested in the baking sections!
