Sorry for panic thread. Just polished off the rest of the smoked salmon that was opened on friday. Then afterwards read the back that said once open eat within 24 hrs. It smelt ok etc. tasted great.
Was this a massive mistake re listeria?
(Am pregnant, have bad anxiety...)
