Save my fritters!

Honestly, I know how this sounds but I swear I'm usually quite a good cook...

First there was leftover potato and sweet potato mash.
Then I bunged some leftover peas and carrots (steamed) into the tub to save fridge space.
Then I added some leftover cauliflower and cashew curry (quite a dry curry).
There may have been a spoon of black dal in with the cauliflower to be truthful.

Then I added a tin of kidney beans, stirred it up and decided to make fritters.

But they wouldn't 'frit'. They were too wet and sloppy.

Aha! Something to bind it all together, I thought, and added three small eggs.

It's still wet and sloppy. I tried frying another and it's hopeless. I can't add flour - don't eat wheat, and don't think flour would be good anyway. I have got rather a large amount of gloopy slop that I can't think how to save.

I'm tempted to add gram flour (chickpea flour).

What would you do?

Gram flour or rice flour should work.

I'll give the gram flour a go...

Could you dry spreading on a baking sheet and heating in a low oven to dry out a bit?

That's a good idea. Less oil too. Could be a... tray bake? I have no idea.
