Sorry, can't help. I keep thinking of things and then realising they do need cooking (e.g. making chocolate-rice crispy things or decorating a pizza)

chocolate fruit and nut refridgerator cake but I guess you could easily omit the nuts if it is for children. This is no cook.

Also bagel snake is no-cook (except hardboiled eggs which could be done in advance.

Here is a no-bake cake from Annabel Karmel

This is hummus which is also no-bake.

chocolate fridge cake link done properly

instant banana icecream also no cook

Jagged egg serious chocolate overdose - looks good for Easter.

homemade lemonade

How's that for starters!

N.B. Some involve melting chocolate but this can be done in the microwave which is practically no-cooking as there are no hot hobs to worry about.

Good luck Mrs v8only!

A favourite in our household, known as "Orderbs"

Take some small cracker biscuits, add a blob of boursin or soft cheese. Cut up some celery/pepper/carrot/tomatoes/parsley leaves/bean sprouts etc. Allow the children to arrange on the crackers in pleasing patterns, using the cheese to make them stick.

Smoothies always go down well.

Peel and mash bananas, add milk or juice. Whisk together. We like sometimes to add a teaspoon of cocoa powder to the banana smoothies.
