Low fat/calorie packed lunch ideas that aren't soup, salad or sandwiches please

Lunches for last few weeks have been soup in a flask, various salads or healthy sandwiches. Am getting bored now and would welcome new ideas. I don't have access to a microwave at work so no re-heating possibilities. Thanks

I like oatcakes with homemade hummus so I can control the amount of oil. Falafel are also good.

Couscous with roasted butternut squash and spinach
Rice cakes and cucumber sticks with hummus and Philadelphia
Sweet jacket potato
Pasta with mixed veg and tomato sauce
Vegetable curry

Hopefully something on that list will inspire you!

A bit retro-diet style, but I like a small pot of cottage cheese with a few crisp-breads, crackers or ryvita type things. I usually take a few carrot stick/celery/cherry tomatoes to go with it too

Also, how about gazpacho subs there is no microwave? With some bread?

Make your own nori rolls (sushi)

Bit fiddly but fun when you get the hang of it and tastier than shop bought

Also if you do low carb you can do it without rice and just with "filling" (prawns and avocado, tuna and veg, etc)
