beautiful new cast iron casserole- what shall I cook?!

I've bought a stunning hob- to -oven casserole dish. I've always wanted one!! (Living the dream ). What shall I cook in it for tea?! The only thing I can't consider at the moment is garlic (pregnancy nausea), what are your suggestions?!

This chicken is pretty good. I did it in my fancy iron pot too so it definitely works.
