freeze potatoes in meal prep?

Trying to get some uncooked/prepped food together in the freezer for easy post-baby cooking but can't work out if potatoes will work?

Does anyone freeze them successfully?

Any veg to avoid completely? Or must do recipes?

TIA Smile

You cannot freeze raw pots, they go horrid, weirdly sweet and rock hard inedible .

The only beg you can freeze are the ones you can already find in the frozen veg freezer in your supermarket Grin

Potatoes work great if you parboil them first, then freeze on trays then tip into a bag. They then roast from frozen and have lovely soft insides

Ha that is such a good point and something I should have thought of....check the frozen veg aisle!

Back to freezing pre cooked meals....

Thank you
