So I have survived the long cold winter with three under 3 by making enormous batches of spag Bol, chilli, beef stew, shep pie etc. But I'm getting a bit sick of them and want some slightly lighter batch cooking ideas. Happy to do carbs separately but am at a bit of a loss. I do chicken in Garlic and lemon and buy lovely lamb koftas from my butcher. But am running out of ideas. Don't need to be too kid friendly as I can adapt most things or serve them something slightly different that night.
