DD2 is a bit of a nightmare when it comes to food (I've posted about her before - dairy and egg allergies, won't eat sandwiches, goes through phases of loving things and then refusing to eat them). And due to my/DH's work and our childcare arrangements I cook the night before and childminder heats the food up (which further limits things).
I'm getting concerned about the amount of fruit and veg she is eating (she has recently gone off carrots, oranges and apples, which she used to eat willingly)
So, long story short: she likes soup (at the moment) and I was thinking that a small portion of soup before her dinner might mean I am at least getting some vegetables in to her.
But my brain is stuck on tomato soup.
Any suggestions for fussy madam child friendly combinations (I suspect broccoli might not go down well, and all my attempts at mushroom soup have been watery and tasteless)
Any tried and tested ideas?
