reheating cooked prawns

I made paella for tea last night. Loads left and I want it for my lunch!!

I used frozen (but thawed), cooked rather than raw prawns in it. Am I ok to reheat? I guess I am asking because I suppose since they were originally frozen cooked prawns, that might mean they were being cooked 3 times if I reheat?

Is it safe? Please say yes!!

I've done this loads before (making sure they were really piping hot). No problems as yet.

Yes, you'll be fine. Just reheat to steaming as PP said
