I made some jelly on Monday as I had a friend coming round with her children for tea. But it didn't get eaten as my friend brought round pudding herself. My son has another friend coming over this afternoon (Thurs)...would the jelly still be OK to use? It's been kept in the fridge in individual jelly bowls but uncovered. What do you think?
