Thai curry paste

I made a Thai curry paste the other day for, er, a curry and the leftovers are in the fridge. Can I use it as a marinade for chicken thighs do you think or will it go burnt and nasty when I cook the chicken?

Sure it would be fine. Could always add some lime juice or coconut milk to thin it a bit

Good idea.

You could add some honey or yogurt if it's very spicy. You can also put it in soup to add a bit of interest.

Thank you! It worked really well. I added the juice of two limes and some oil and put in about half a tin of coconut milk to the dish about 20 mins before the end. It was delicious!
