You get the pip things out and eat them.

But be INCREDIBLY careful when getting them out, as I redecorated a portion of our kitchen with pomegranite juice!

you have to cut them into quarters and then push the quarters inside out and scrape off the seeds they are yummy

squash them and squeeze them and drain the juice

I used to be delighted by pomegranites, my grandma always used to buy us one for christmas

But since I moved to a house wiht a pomegranite tree I loathe them as the c ome with horribly sharp thorns and I spike myself everytime I walk past it

They are great for keeping kids quiet!

I quartered one and gave DD and DS a piece and they sat there for ages picking the individual seeds out to eat!
