How long can I keep made pastry for?

I'm thinkibg of making a quiche for boxing day party. I usually make it all on one day usually pastry in the morning then bake later on.

Can I make pastry today and then use on Boxing day? We are having guests most of the day I know pastty doesn't take that long I want to minimise the time spent in the kitchen.

Don't see why not. Just wrap in cling film and then take out to warm up just before you need to roll on Boxing Day.
