Ah well I love to be worshipped. Here is how to make pastry, fool proof method.

6oz flour
2 oz white flora
1 oz butter

Put ingredients into a food processor and whizz up until ingredients go into small, crumbly type lumps.
Then add a little water. Whizz up again until pastry forms one 'lump'
Don't let it whizz round too long once it is a lump.
Check it again. It should not be completely dry now but very slightly sticky (so that when you use flour when rolling out it doesn't get too dry) If necc. add a little more water.
Roll out to a dept of about 4mm.
Use a large cutter for base . Medium cutter for lid. (cut out one of each every time so you don't get a mismatch of numbers!)
Grease tray with white flora.
Put bases in tray then spoon in mince meat. Brush a little water on the edge of the back of the lids before putting them on.
When all the pies are made brush all the tops with a little milk then prick all of them with a fork.

Sorry it's not written out text book style. This is just how I make it!

If you are worried they are slightly dry serve them slightly warmed in bowls then people can have ice cream or cream with them!

buy them, remove from packaging and place on a wire cooling tray, sprinkle some flour around your kitchen and icing sugar on the pies. Viola
