What are you eating this week?

We've been having:

A lovely porridge for breakfast made with quinoa flakes, oats, ground almonds along with frozen blueberries and apple.

Mon lentil and veg pasta
Tues slow cooked lamb with pitta, hummus, veg
Weds mushroom risotto
Thurs lamb ragu prob just with some nice bread, slaw and a spinach and pickled date salad
Fri cauliflower soup
Sat lunch cauliflower soup and supper out
Sun shepherds pie (can you tell i had a giant piece of lamb this week?) then something casual for supper

Mon. Roast chicken with aubergine and tomato bake
Tue. Harissa chicken, veg couscous
Wed. Enchiladas
Thu. Saganiki and brown rice, veg
Fri. Gammon, salad, chutney and jackets
Sat. Curry of some sort, probably an egg one and a veg one
Sun. Meatloaf with mash and veg

Could I ask what saganiki is please?

We are eating random cobbled together meals this week, on a no spend on food drive.

This is a bad week - I'm clearing the fridge and freezer, the dog is ill and we're all over the place.
Mon Chickpea & chorizo stew with homemade chips
Tues Dcs pumpkin and sage ravioli - me leftovers chickpea stew and an Indian chicken stew - dh crisps! shock
Wed Dcs Pumpkin and sage ravioli - dh and I - boiled eggs with soda bread
Thurs Pasta soup - made by dd at school - I hope this tastes ok
Fri Muttar Paneer
Sat Rib-eye steak with chips, onions and mushrooms
Sun Stuffed leg of lamb

Sorry, that should read saganaki. It's a type of Greek frying pan and dishes cooked in it take that name. I think they usually have cheese on top. This is the recipe I usually use

Monday: black lentil curry
Tuesday: stuffed mushrooms and salad
Wednesday: "burrito bowls" roast veggies and beans with spices and lots of rice
Thursday: pad Thai
Friday: couscous salad
Saturday; undecided!
