Nutri bullet/ ninja etc.
After splashing out in the Black Friday sale any fave ideas? Especially for veg as love the fruit but aware very sugary.
So far have tried pineapple kiwi kale ice and spinach - yum.
Also a berry one with almond milk and ice which was like a breakfast smoothie.
Any that i should be giving a go? The recipe book looks fab but all need 6 or so ingredients and could get a little pricey.
Have already discovered benefits of freezing fruit 😊.

Banana + milk + cocoa powder = milkshake with no added sugar.

(proper cocoa powder, not hot chocolate)

Tomato + cucumber + garlic + wine vinegar (or cider vinegar) + olive oil = gazpacho
Add bread and it's more like salmorejo.

Spinach (frozen is easiest) + apple + fresh/frozen mint = something green and minty that tastes like a mojito and would be nice with rum in it.

Coconut milk, ice cubes, mango, lime and spinach

Apple, plain yogurt, fresh ginger and carrot

Those are my current favourites. You can add a few sunflower or flax seeds too.

Thanks for the ideas am working my way through Grin.
Ooo the cocoa powder banana and milk was a wee bit bitter - may have added a wee bit of sugar! Not so healthy smoothie day today but very yummy.

This is my latest want, are they good? I already have a food processor, a blender and a stick blender and we've thrown out the smoothie maker, so do I need one? I love smoothies for breakfast and regularly feeeze fruit for it but cannot deal with washing the blender, will the nutri bullet be the answer?

Yes! They are amazing! I got mine in the sale a nutri ninja slim (currys special). £40 reduced from £100.

No extra washing up - the bottle you drink out of is the one you make it in so only extra is a blade. All goes in dishwasher too!
So much easier than the juicer with all its pulpy mess.
You get all the nutrients too, nothing wasted. I am hooked!
