How does it not be a sticky mess

I wouldn't even attempt individually coated ones, but I do make 'chocolate raisin clusters' with dollops of melted chocolate with rasins or salted peanuts in those little mini-muffin cases. They go down well with the DC Smile

Easy. Melt chic, chuck in raisins, stir and then put onto waxed paper to set. individually or in mini clusters. I just tip on and then separate with a skewer.

Thanks - I guess a chocolaty mess is OK

I just need dairy free ones

If you spread the raisins on a baking sheet and shove in the freezer for a few hours then dip each one with a cocktail stick in the melted choc this will set really quickly. I would go for the large raisins for less faff.
