Cooking for 4 adults & 3 children.
One adult eats no cheese, one child eats no eggs and mushrooms.
I like to prep as much as possible in advance.
Current menu is
- nibble starters including a pork terrine, pitta chips and guacamole
- not sure on main course, current plan is salmon Coulibiac with salad leaves. Children's variant being just salmon in puff.
- Delia's chocolate sponge individual puddings
