Newyears eve party food ideas?

Having about 14 people over for a party. People are bringing a plate to share but are asking what to bring. Feeling a bit lost and stuffed since Christmas and lacking in ideas! Any recommendations of what I should do? I was thinking of doing a big dish of "something" and asking others to bring something as a side dish, but don't know what. In the past have done paella or pulled pork but need new ideas! Help please

Last year I did slow cooker chilli and potato salad and coleslaw sides. Not a bit was left over. All the prep was done beforehand so it was easy on the night.

Sausages (oven baked) with leek & potato mustard mash and or a boiled ham. Pickles, coleslaw, braised red cabbage with apples, mushy peas?, braised celery, fried Brussels sprouts with bacon. Most of which can be prepped in advance.
