Never cooked one
Shall I cut into steaks and freeze? Or fillet some?
Planning to maybe freeze and have at Xmas.
Is there a recipe I would cook now and freeze and defrost for Xmas? Or what can I do to it if i freeze it whole then defrost it.
Its gutted and scaled.
