Salmon and cod in - what can I make?

I have brought salmon and cod and intended to make a fish pie, but have no potatoes. Have looked up paleo fish pie and could use cauliflower instead, but have no cauliflower...

So if you had salmon and cod in, what would you make?
Reasonably stocked kitchen cupboard and have cream in too. Just bored of steaming it and eating it with veg!

Any ideas?

fishy stir fry with veg and noodles? Or creamy salmon with pasta and a squeeze of lemon?

Cut into chunks and fry, then add broccoli, creme fraiche and green pesto and serve with pasta.

You can make a savoury crumble topping on a fish pie - oats/ flour/ cheese/herbs

Also a bit late, but what about kedgeree? Hard boil some eggs - one or two per person, allow to cool. Poach the fish in fish stock or water until just done, reserve the cooking liquid and set to one side. Gently fry a finely chopped onion, throw in some curry powder or paste (up to you which one you like best) and cook for a minute, then add enough rice for however many people you're cooking for, then the reserved stock or cooking water. Bring to the boil and cook until the rice is tender, adding more liquid if it dries out. 5 mins before it's ready, add a handful of frozen peas. Then flake the fish into the rice mix, add a handful of chopped fresh coriander and a squeeze of lemon juice. Peel the eggs, cut each in half and push them into the rice mixture so they heat through. Easy and quick!

Ooh these sound so lovely especially that last one furry Smile

I ended up doing them tonight instead of last night and put some soft cheese (philly) on and a few breadcrumbs and then baked them. Not very inventive but a little different and quick, which is what I needed after a 12 hour day at work and a 140 mile round trip!
