Fish for dinner?

I have got a load of fish out of the freezer to defrost. About 600gm of smoked cod, and similar of unsmoked pollock.

I plan to make fishcakes for tonight's dinner - Perhaps using a mix of the smoked and unsmoked fish.

But I doubt I will need it all. Any ideas on what I can do with the rest? I suppose a fish pie is obvious. I probably will have enough potato to do both.

Store cupboard is not too bad - have rice/pasta/bulgur wheat/flour etc. The fridge has loads of fresh coriander to use up. Carrots, red cabbage, onions, turnips.

Any ideas welcomed. Can then cook it all this aft and serve one dish up tonight and one tomorrow when we have less time available.

If you make a fish pie too, that can go back in the freezer for another day (if you have room). Or a fish curry if you have loads of coriander?
