Tuna Steaks ... grill (like steaks) .. just a little lemon juice and pepper .. serve with new potatoes, salad .. they're lovely meaty fish

cod .. if you get some smoked haddock too I can give you a fabulous fish pie recipe

ar the mackerel fillets smoked or raw?

kippers stink the house out and are very bony .. and gawd knows what to do with sardines .. sorry

Fish is great and so is seafood, you can incorparate the 2 if you wish.
So many ways to cook fish, Poach, grill,Shallow fry, Deep fry, Steam, Bake it goes on.
I'll give you a few ideas

Everyone knows Kedgeree- curry sauce, rice, fish and egg.

Grilled salmon/Cod with new pots Fennel and a pernod sauce

Ragout of seafood & fish with a lemon & whie wine sauce. ( Ragout means stewed or cooked in the sauce).

Spiced Mackerel Fillets

Home made fish cakes

Fish pie and sauteed market veg-Bloody lovely that is.

Asian stir fry with nice meaty white fish

seared tuna with wasabi mash

tuna steak with sauce vierge.

The list is endless. Need any recipes from the above list will only be to happy to oblige. Any more ideas required will also oblige.
Happy cooking,
Wil
