Sliced and fried two onions, added half a jar of Pataks paste and a big shake of paanch pooran. In the slow cooker with a small bag of new potatoes, can of tomatoes and half a pint of stock. Slow cooked for 7 hours, added five lumps of frozen spinach (defrosted and squeezed to get water out) and a big squeeze of easy coriander. It's honestly amazing.
