Pork loin chops, leeks, mushrooms, apples, wholegrain mustard, stock and dry cider.

Do some herby dumplings to go on top if you feel like it. I didn't and it was still delicious.

I use by slow cooker loads!!
Here are some of our favorites:

Beef Stroganoff - Beef, peppers, onions, mushrooms and a packet mix of stroganoff just put in a little extra liquid

Chicken Curry - Korma Paste, Coconut milk, veggies & Chicken

Chilli con carne - Brown mince first then add to slow cooker with onions, tinned tomatoes, kidney beans, baked beans and chilli powder

A whole chicken - just put a bit of water in the bottom and the chicken is delicious

Yummy!!

Chicken, sweetcorn & noodle soup - cooked chicken torn up, can of sweetcorn, sheet of dried noodles, chopped spring onions. Cover with chicken stock. Very tasty. You can whizz a raw egg through near the end like Chinese restaurants do but make sure it's cooked through properly.
