Can I whizz up polenta to make 'quick cook' polenta??

Just wondering if it would work or not??

I've been struggling to find the quick cook stuff (accidentally bought a ready made block online too ), so wondered if I took a blender stick to it to make it more powdery will that make it 'quick cook'?

I've done it with linseeds to powder them up for cereal so that's where the logic is coming from!
