Sainsbury's online grocery shopping website...is it just me?

I can never find what I want on there, even when searching for the exact name of a product (in one case taken from the empty carton next to me as I type!)

I prefer the selection at Sainsbury's and I also have a free delivery pass until May and want to use it to my advantage but Tesco's website is soooo much easier to use.

Any tips on using the Sainsbury's one please?

And how do you get back to the shopping list once you've put an item in your basket? I can only go back by clicking 'Find a list of products' again. Surely that's not how it's meant to work?

Back button not work? Then maybe a 'refresh' or F5?

I find I can only use it by adding items from my usuals and then using the shopping list function.

I do sometimes have problems with what aisle they've put products in but I really really hate the tesco site too.

Are you using the mobile version? I find that a bunch o' crap.

The desktop website is never a problem for me. Been shopping with them for about two years now.

I'm on the desktop version. It's infuriating the way that it displays the items returned by a search. Far too many results even with a very specific search term.

Tesco's is just more intuitive to me.

I'll try just going back then. Thanks.

Email them! I complained about the lack of a 'back' button when you click on an offer, and then want to get back to your shopping list (using the browser back button removes whatever you've just put in your basket) and they sent me a voucher to apologise!
