Preferably easy ones but anything I can make myself rather than just heat in the oven. I have had a browse on the BBC Good Food website but nothing is jumping out at me.

Greek salad on a stick. Chunk of cucumber chunk of feta half a cherry tomato and an olive on a cocktail stick.

I made some a few weeks ago and they went in minutes.

Smoked salmon on soda bread is very easy.

Bruschetta (sp?)

Pate on slices of toast.

Really nice sausages baked in mustard & honey (not the sort you buy ready cooked Grin).

Mini prawn cocktails in small glasses

Chorizo (fried) served on cocktail sticks

Goats cheese on crackers with sun-dried tomato & basil leaf

Right, having done a bit more googling I've decided on lamb skewers, Poppy's greek salad sticks and spinach and feta parcels.

Although I will save the other ideas for another day! Some really yummy things being suggested. I wish DH would hurry up with dinner as I'm feeling hungry now.

You should be, Poppy, you were the inspiration. I googled Greek style canapes after your suggestion Smile
