It's delicious. What is it?

I had some leftover refried beans (pinto beans boiled in beer then mashed with some spices, spring onion, lime juice and... I think that was it).

I mixed them with a grated carrot, an egg and some gram flour intending to make little patties, but the mixture was way too wet so I oiled a small roasting tin, chucked it all in with some grated cheese on top and baked it for 45 minutes.

I've cut it into squares now... it's delicious.

Is it a thing? Have I invented something new? What shall I call it?

It's like square skinless veggie sausages...?
