No no, just sometimes Food is a little slow. You might try reposting over in Good Housekeeping - they're pretty good on white goods.

I didn't post on your thread originally because I hate electric cookers with the hatred of a thousand suns - gas all the way, forever and ever - but if I were forced at gunpoint to get an electric one I'd probably look at Zanussi and AEG - have had other very good appliances from them.
