Any vegetarian slow cooker recipes please?

I tend to only make soup, chilli or the base of a veggie Shepherd's Pie in it and would love to try more things.

An added complication is that it must not contain tinned tomato (though I don't mind passata).

Pudding recipes would be good too - eg I do rice pudding in it but haven't tried anything else.
