Talk mackerel to me!

I have a small tin of mackerel fillets - just 110g. How would you serve it? How many will it feed?

Assuming they're not in nasty tomato goop I'd drain, mix with cream cheese, lemon and horseradish and whip up into a simple pate for crackers or toast.... that would spin them out. If they are in nasty tomato goop I'd just pop them on hot toast and briefly grill as a supper for one!
