What to serve with pannacotta?

I am planning on making vanilla pannacotta with rasberry coulis for christmas day pudding. Would you serve something alongside or just as is. Debating whether to serve in glasses or moulds which i can turn out onto plates. Any thoughts of which would be better.

Glasses better as if it's not quite set it doesn't matter! I would do a few fresh raspberries too and maybe a little shortbread biscuit on the side.

Hadnt thought of shortbread. Yum. Gives a different texture.

Rather than coulis, I'd do spiced plums in red wine. And serve in glasses as less stress than turning out things

If you made spiced plums in red wine, you could make little cinnamon biscuiits to go with them (maybe go all out and use Christmas cokkie cutters?)

Yep little plain or almond shortbread biscuits. Very nice dessert! Smile

In glasses, with some defrosted frozen raspberries that you have sprinkled icing sugar and cointreau on, served with a gingerbread biscuit Xmas Smile
