Loaded skins cooked, then frozen and then reheated?

Can I do this? What about ones with bacon bits in? Thanks.

As long as they were not bought frozen, cooked and then frozen a second time they will be fine. Bacon bits or not. Enjoy!

Will do smile I've decided to try them with some small potatoes so they'll fit in the freezer better and I can make more. Going to do them either tomorrow or Tuesday.

How did you get on Pratting?

I've made them and frozen them but won't be reheating them 'til Saturday. So I'll let you know then unless I get food poisoning grin

Oh and did you defrost first or cook from frozen?

Straight from frozen for about 30 mins or until it's golden on top smile
