Can anyone recommend a good brand please? I won't have the time to make any this year.

TIA

I've used a cranberry one from Waitrose before which I like.

I have used Robertson's in the past, and add chopped dried cranberries to it. Cranberries are quite bitter and I find that it cuts through the slightly sickly sweetness that most shop-bought mincemeats have. Also, by adding dried ingredients it prevents the pies being too moist.

My mum always added a good slug of sherry or brandy to Robertsons - made all the difference :)

I like the luxury one form M&S - nice and tangy.
