I'm completely convinced of the health benefits of giving up sugar and carbs. I KNOW once I haven't had it for a while I won't want it. But I can't stop eating it! Especially as I'm applying for a new job at the moment and feeling a bit demoralised. Does anyone have any tips? Or can you help motivate me? I suppose what I'm searching for is the perfect sugar / carb free snack that doesn't cost the earth and that I can graze on continuously. And please don't tell me to try moderation - I would, if I had the self-discipline. As it is, a little of something delicious only makes me want a LOT more of it.
