Does anyone know if this has a free calendar with it this year? Last years one had baking recipes and it was lovely.

No, but I think the Sainsbury's mag does.

No it hasn't. I'm disappointed with it this year tbh.

I am a bit disappointed with this years too. I think the calendar may be in the next issue, but I may be totally wrong.

Sainsburys one does, bought it today, but the paper is thin and cheap and the recipes are nothing very special to my mind.

I've been reading BBC Good Food for about 15 years on subscription and I think I am near the end of the road with it TBH. It's just the same old same old. I found some issues from about 10 years ago recently and thought that it would be interesting to compare but very little had changed. I've only flicked through the December one this week but nothing has leapt off the page at me.

Same here. I found the December issue rather dull. In fact I've just cancelled my subscription. Some of the recipes get recycled, and others are "revived" by adding strange ingredients that don't seem to gel to me.
