Tend to do oats soaked in apple juice overnight, then low fat bio fruits of forest yoghurt with fresh blueberries, blackberries and raspberries

Anyone got any nice recipes?

Sorry, I just keep sniggering at 'nice combinations', which isn't helpful.

No, I think it's lovely.

Thing is, my morning multi-grain porridge is very similar, so I don't have a variant to recommend.

I'm afraid I'm hooked on homemade American-style muesli, which is roasted, then add milk in the morning.

You could try adding applesauce? Nuts and seeds, to give a bit more protein?

CD,I make my own muesli
(oats, rye, linseed, wheatgerm, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, various nuts and various dried fruits.)
Mix up a huge tub and have it every mornnig with plain yoghurt and a banana or stewed rhubarb, plums or apricots.

I can't eat all those seeds plays havoc with my Crohn's disease. I just do the soaked oats.

Oh
That's a nuisance.
So it has to be a soaked version then eh?
