I'm doing roast chicken for tea and I need to use up a load of veg from a veg box. Any ideas on what to do with kohlrabi as it has been in the fridge looking at me for over a week
Salad. I grate it/slice thinly &'have it with cucumber, apple, cheese, squeeze of lemon.

Slice it thinly - and do a sort of dauphinoise to it. I remember trying it that way many, many years ago and it was delicious.
cut into chips and dip into tzaziki (sp?) or hummous
Thanks for the ideas, I ended up braising it with shallots and garlic in stock and butter. I finished it off in the oven with loads of Parmesan over the top
