Lamb hearts???

Shall I just throw them away?

Dss needed a heart for dissection at school but they came in a pack of 3. We are on a budget so throwing food away is a bit annoying but big sure Im up to heart! If I chopped it up small u suppose it wouldn't notice added to a casserole would it?

I haven't cooked it but I have cooked ox heart with great success.

Stuffed lamb hearts are meant to be really nice.

I'd of tried them to be honest..
