How should I store leftover egg yolks? Have I done this wrong?

warning this post is as dull as dish water Wink

I made meringues yesterday (sat). I had 3 yolks left over and 1 whole egg as i broke the yolk. I put them in a bowl, covered with clingfilm & put in the fridge thinking that this would be ok. But I have just looked at them and I am now not sure. The unbroken 3 yolks have all got a white spot on them and they look like they may be drying out even though there is a whole mixed egg in with them.

Do you think they are ok? & how should I have stored them?

They'll be fine if you've kept them covered and chilled. Use them up today in scrambled eggs or something.

They will be perfectly OK, but use them soon. Bake a nice cake!
