Can anyone please help me with this recipe it states 1600ml of all purpose flour.http://gastroplod.com/2008/05/13/olive-oil-dough-recipe/Silly question isn't ml used for fluids, how do I measure this??Thank You
It will be about 845g or 30oz
American recipes usually give measures by volume rather than weight. I would just use a measuring jug to get the correct measure. Bear in mind that you need to measure the flour before you sift it and not after.
Thank you very much for your quick replies am off to make it right now....
