Is it possible to make a sponge cake that is white?

I have an order for some cakes in the shape of roses (plain sponge, no icing), and I need to make red, white and blue ones.

Does anyone know of a recipe to make white sponge?

Yes, it's used instead of food colourings to get a good strong colour.
