Freezable recipes - What are your faves?

My go to freezable meals are;

Thai green curry

Lasagne

Fish pie

Soup

I love them all, but need inspiration so that DP and I don't go mad eating the same things all the time when we are knackered!

What are the meals you regularly freeze?

I block freeze mince alone - can then be made into a variety of things.

I do a great chicken, bean and butternut stew which freezes well. The butternut gets a bit squishy but doesn't take away from the dish at all.

I also have a few frozen from supermarket in the freezer at all times for quick meals - frozen veg, good quality fish fingers, mackerel fillets and crumbed chicken breasts.
